AJ will present a unique sound experience, Tartarian Bells, with various instruments tuned to 432 Hz (the so called "Verdi Tuning") combined with recorded sounds from nature. Tartarian Bells 432 will tap into the Schumann Resonance to improvisationally create ambient pools of sound. "Rich textures, hypnotic rhythms & simple melodies will emerge, come to fruition, fade and return again & again in new forms and sensations."

Special benefit screening of the classic 1922 vampire film - the godfather of vampire movies - with a new musical score by local resident and former member of the ICO staff, Steve Bennet
A benefit for the Independent Coast Observer
The ICO benefit event called “Dinner and a Movie”, will include a meal evoking the peasant fare characteristic of the Carpathian Mountains of Transylvania. Steve Bennett, the composer of the soundtrack will join us to talk about the experience of composing music for a 100 year old silent film.
Suggested donation at the door $20 (but the more you donate, the more you help the ICO). The ICO is a non-profit and all donations are tax deductible
The Carpathian Village dinner is optional, but requires a reservation.
